It’s a moo-ving experience every year.
Local dairy Creekside Cheese and Creamery hosted their annual “Moo Let The Cows Out” event on Saturday, April 13, to the delight of a packed street of onlookers. The Seabird Island-area farmers have made an annual tradition of drawing crowds to witness their herd run out into the fresh spring grass for the first time since winter.
Tickets for the great running of the cows sell out quickly every year.
Dozens of dairy cows thundered out into the lush green pastures, kicking and jumping for joy as they experience the great outdoors once again. Ultimately, the cows settled down, content to graze in the sun.
